Retired!!

As of mid-night tonight after 30 years service in the “job” i will be retired :-)

Tomorrow mortgage and car will be paid off so no debts, still leaves a hefty bit of wedge in the bank and a healthy pension to live on, life is good.

I have suffered a few months of absolute shit, but glad I got through it. (The people responsible for that, I owe you big time!)

Now time to have fun! Well, isn’t that what you do in retirement?

Now all I have to do is work out how to BBQ for 60 people who are coming around my place soon for a celebration retirement BBQ. I am sure I will manage.

Now, time to break open the champagne and have a few glasses :-)

    Well done Neil!

    Think you and I done the same ‘job’.

    I had my 30 in last November but doing the 30+ Plus thing for a bit.

    Pension safely in the bank for us! Enjoy!!
